New York High School Basketball - Spackenkill tipped by Saugerties

In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Saugerties Sawyers basketball team scored a tight 48-45 triumph over the Spackenkill Spartans.

In their next game, the Sawyers meet the Beacon Bulldogs (Beacon, NY) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 1. Saugerties will attempt to better on its 12-10 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 26-10 record after their 61-52 non-league win over New Paltz (New Paltz, NY).

With the defeat, Spackenkill moves to 17-4 on the year.
