Highland Scots (Bakersfield, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Garces Memorial Rams (Bakersfield, CA), 4-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Highland upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Scots travel to Arvin (Arvin, CA) to battle the Bears in a non-league test on Thursday, March 7. The Bears come into the test with a record of 2-3. Arvin lost 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Chavez (Delano, CA)

With the defeat, Garces Memorial falls to 6-2 on the season. The Rams host Taft (Taft, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 6. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-3.
