Florida High School Lacrosse - Venice tipped by Bishop Verot

Bishop Verot Vikings (Fort Myers, FL) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Venice Indians (Venice, FL), 10-8 in a non-league battle.

The Vikings now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Naples for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 29. Bishop Verot will clash with a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 15-5 non-league win over Palmetto Ridge (Naples, FL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-1.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Lakeland Dreadnaughts (Lakeland, FL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 1. Venice will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Dreadnaughts come into the battle with a 6-0 record after their 14-6 non-league win over Wiregrass Ranch (Wesley Chapel, FL).
