Lake Nona Lions (Orlando, FL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Boone Braves (Orlando, FL), 5-4 in a non-league test.

The Lions now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edgewater for a non-league test on Thursday, February 29. Lake Nona will face a Eagles squad coming off a 9-2 non-league loss to Timber Creek (Orlando, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.

In their next game, the Braves face the Seminole Seminoles (Sanford, FL) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 4. Boone will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Seminoles come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 17-3 non-league loss to West Orange (Winter Garden, FL).
