Evans Knights (Evans, GA) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA), 8-1 in a league battle.
The Knights now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mountain View for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 2. Evans will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 9-6 non-league loss to Lakeside (Evans, GA). The Bears record now stands at 3-2.
In their next game, the Rebels clash with the Calvary Day Cavaliers (Savannah, GA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 1. Effingham County will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Cavaliers come into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 13-0 league win over Islands (Savannah, GA).
