Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes (Summerville, SC) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Providence Panthers (Lexington, SC), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Swamp Foxes face the Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 1. Ashley Ridge will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC).
The Panthers now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ben Lippen for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 5. Providence will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Wilson Hall (Sumter, SC). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.
