California High School Softball - University Prep knocked off by Carter

February 28, 2024: Rialto, CA 92377

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Carter Lions (Rialto, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting University Prep Jaguars (Victorville, CA), by a margin of 13-3.

With the triumph, Carter moves its record to 2-4 on the year. The Lions travel to San Gorgonio (San Bernardino, CA) to play the Spartans in a San Andreas contest on Wednesday, March 6. The Spartans come into the contest with a record of 3-6.

In their next game, the Jaguars play the Colton Yellowjackets (Colton, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 5. University Prep will attempt to move on its 11-1 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 18-3 non-league win over Silverado (Victorville, CA).
