North Carolina High School Softball - St. Pauls bounces Pine Forest

February 28, 2024: Fayetteville, NC 28311

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC) and the host Pine Forest Trojans (Fayetteville, NC), saw St. Pauls's softball squad achieve victory over Pine Forest by a count of 8-0.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoke County for a non-league match on Thursday, February 29. St. Pauls will face a Bucks squad coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Overhills (Spring Lake, NC). The Bucks record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Pine Forest falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host South View (Hope Mills, NC) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Friday, March 1. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 2-0. South View won 13-1 in their recent non-league match against Ashley (Wilmington, NC)
