Arizona High School Baseball - Desert View loses to Campo Verde

Campo Verde Coyotes (Gilbert, AZ) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ), 13-6 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Campo Verde advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Coyotes travel to Burges (El Paso, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, March 1. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 1-5. Burges lost 12-2 in their recent non-league match against Empire (Tucson, AZ)

The Jaguars now have a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bel Air for a non-league match on Saturday, March 1. Desert View will battle a Highlanders squad coming off a 14-1 non-league win over Benson (Benson, AZ). The Highlanders record now stands at 6-1.
