The Krum Bobcats (Krum, TX) baseball trounced the visiting Caprock Longhorns (Amarillo, TX), 17-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Bobcats now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bastrop for a non-league game on Saturday, March 1. Krum will play a Bears team coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Northwest (Justin, TX). The Bears record now stands at 0-2.
Next, the Longhorns play the Borger Bulldogs (Borger, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 6. Caprock will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 4-2 record after their 10-1 non-league win over San Jacinto Christian Academy (Amarillo, TX).
