Texas High School Baseball - Milby defeats South Houston

February 28, 2025: South Houston, TX 77587

The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Milby Buffs (Houston, TX) and the host South Houston Trojans (South Houston, TX), saw Milby's baseball team gain a win over South Houston by a tally of 10-5.

The Buffs (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Cigarroa (Laredo, TX). The Toros enter the non-league battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Cigarroa was overwhelmed by Lee (Baytown, TX), 11-10, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Trojans face the Alief Hastings Bears (Houston, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 1. South Houston will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 0-4 record after their 13-6 non-league loss to MacArthur (Houston, TX).
