Michigan High School Basketball - Mott holds off Avondale

The Mott Corsairs basketball team scored 46 points and limited the host Avondale Yellowjackets to 45 in the Corsairs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Corsairs now possess a 21-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rochester for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 4. Mott will confront a Falcons team coming off a 44-42 non-league win over Adams (Rochester, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 18-5.

With the loss, Avondale falls to 16-8 on the campaign.
