The Loreauville Tigers (Loreauville, LA) basketball edged the visiting Port Allen Pelicans (Port Allen, LA), 62-56 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 17-8 record. They play next when they host Westlake for a non-league bout on Monday, March 3. Loreauville will play a Rams team coming off a 69-41 non-league win over Crowley (Crowley, LA). The Rams record now stands at 17-9.
With the loss, Port Allen falls to 17-20 on the campaign.
