New Hope Academy Regional Tigers (Landover Hills, MD) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Winston Salem Christian Silver Lions (Winston-Salem, NC), 54-42 in a non-league match.
With the victory, New Hope Academy Regional advances its record to 16-19 on the year. The Tigers travel to New Life Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to face the Monarchs in a non-league match on Saturday, March 1. The Monarchs enter the match with a record of 18-17. New Life Christian Academy won 65-60 in their recent non-league match against TPLS Christian Academy (Richmond, VA)
The Lions now own a 15-7 record.
