The Antioch Panthers topped the host Miramonte Matadors volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Panthers face the De Anza Dons (El Sobrante, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 4. Antioch will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Dons go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Vallejo (Vallejo, CA).
The Matadors (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Benicia (Benicia, CA). The Panthers go into the Diablo - Valley game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Benicia went down by Merced (Merced, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
