In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Temple City Rams volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the San Gabriel Matadors.

The Rams (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Los Altos (Hacienda Heights, CA). The Conquerors come into the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Los Altos beat Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Matadors play the Arcadia Apaches (Arcadia, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 1. San Gabriel will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Apaches come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA).
