Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Gilmer Bobcats (Ellijay, GA), 4-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Dawson County moves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA) to clash with the Indians in a 3A Region 6 test on Tuesday, March 4. The Indians come into the test with a record of 4-0. Lumpkin County won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Franklin County (Carnesville, GA)

The Bobcats now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to LaFayette for a 3A Region 7 test on Tuesday, March 4. Gilmer will clash with a Ramblers team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Trion (Trion, GA). The Ramblers record now stands at 2-2.
