In Friday's non-league game, the host Bakersfield Christian Eagles baseball team scored a close 7-0 win over the Central Grizzlies.
The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Mission Oak (Tulare, CA). The Hawks go into the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Mission Oak was overwhelmed by Pioneer Valley (Santa Maria, CA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
