In Friday's non-league match, the host La Cueva Bears softball team scored a nice 20-4 win over the Los Alamos Hilltoppers.
The Bears (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers confront the Los Lunas Tigers (Los Lunas, NM) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 28. Los Alamos will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
