North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Lake Norman Charter can't hold off Marvin Ridge

The Lake Norman Charter Knights lacrosse team (Huntersville, NC), was tipped 9-8 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC)

With the victory, Marvin Ridge advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league battle on Monday, March 3. The Falcons come into the battle with a record of 2-1. Nation Ford lost 17-6 in their recent non-league battle against Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC)

The Knights now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charlotte Country Day School for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 4. Lake Norman Charter will encounter a Buccaneers team coming off a 18-3 non-league win over Providence (Charlotte, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-0.
