In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mill Creek Hawks lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-9 triumph over the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks.

The Hawks (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Porter-Gaud (Charleston, SC). The Cyclones go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Porter-Gaud held off James Island (Charleston, SC), 9-5, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Landsharks clash with the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 1. Oceanside Collegiate Academy will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 16-2 non-league win over Myers Park (Charlotte, NC).
