With the triumph, Clarkston advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Angoras travel to St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA) to clash with the Golden Lions in a 4A Area 5 test on Tuesday, March 4. The Golden Lions come into the test with a record of 4-1.

The Tigers now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Decatur for a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. Tucker will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Parkview (Lilburn, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-2.
