Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Lassiter Trojans (Marietta, GA) and the host Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA), saw Lassiter's soccer squad prevail over Starr's Mill by a count of 4-0.
The Trojans (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Woodstock (Woodstock, GA). The Wolverines enter the 5A Area 6 battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Woodstock by Etowah (Woodstock, GA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 4. Starr's Mill will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Drew (Riverdale, GA).
