The Taylor Ducks softball team scored 19 runs and held the host Bartlett Bulldogs to 1 in the Ducks non-league win on Friday.

The Ducks now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Florence for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 1. Taylor will confront a Buffaloes team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Thrall (Thrall, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Bartlett moves to 0-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Bastrop (Bastrop, TX) to confront the Bears in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 1. The Bears come into the battle with a record of 4-7. Bastrop lost 7-0 in their recent non-league battle against McGregor (McGregor, TX)
