The Little River Academy Bumblebees triumphed over the host Life Waxahachie Mustangs softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Bumblebees play the Troy Trojans (Troy, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 1. Little River Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Salado (Salado, TX).
The Mustangs (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Salado (Salado, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Salado overcame Godley (Godley, TX), 10-2, in a non-league challenge.
