Florida High School Baseball - Buchholz defeats Berkeley Prep

The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Buchholz Bobcats (Gainesville, FL) and the host Berkeley Prep Buccaneers (Tampa, FL), saw Buchholz's baseball team gain a win over Berkeley Prep by a tally of 7-0.

The Bobcats (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Trinity Catholic (Ocala, FL). The Celtics enter the non-league battle with a 7-1 record.

Next, the Buccaneers face the Bishop McLaughlin Catholic Hurricanes (Spring Hill, FL) in a 2A District 9 contest, on Monday, March 2. Berkeley Prep will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Hurricanes come into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Springstead (Spring Hill, FL).
