The Springtown Porcupines baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Molina Jaguars to 1 in the Porcupines non-league win on Saturday.

The Porcupines now hold a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saginaw for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 5. Springtown will battle a Rough Riders squad coming off a 9-5 non-league loss to Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX). The Rough Riders record now stands at 4-8.
