The Elbert County Blue Devils basketball team (Elberton, GA), was knocked off 70-53 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA)

The Blue Devils (22-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Southwest (Macon, GA). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 27-6 record. In their last challenge, Southwest prevailed over East Laurens (East Dublin, GA), 70-58, in a non-league challenge.
