With the win, Northwest Guilford upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Vikings host Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to battle the Hornets in a Metro 4A test on Tuesday, March 5. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 0-2. Western Guilford lost 11-2 in their recent non-league test against Western Alamance (Elon, NC)

With the defeat, Randleman falls to 0-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Asheboro (Asheboro, NC) to battle the Blue Comets in a non-league test on Monday, March 4. The Blue Comets come into the test with a record of 0-2. Asheboro lost 9-7 in their recent non-league test against Trinity (Trinity, NC)
