In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Santa Fe Raiders (Alachua, FL) baseball squad nipped the visiting Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL), by a margin of 9-8.

With the win, Santa Fe betters its record to 1-3 on the season. The Raiders travel to Dunnellon (Dunnellon, FL) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 1. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Dunnellon won 8-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Hernando (Brooksville, FL)

With the defeat, Vanguard falls to 3-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Lake Weir (Ocala, FL) to encounter the Hurricanes in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 1. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Lake Weir won 19-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Eastside (Gainesville, FL)
