Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Eden Raiders (Eden, NY) and the host Allegany-Limestone Gators (Allegany, NY), saw Eden's basketball squad hold off Allegany-Limestone by a count of 85-80.

With the victory, Eden upgrades its record to 18-4 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Falconer (Falconer, NY) to encounter the Golden Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, March 2. The Golden Falcons go into the test with a record of 7-7. Falconer won 53-44 in their recent non-league test against Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca (Buffalo, NY)

The Gators now own a 10-12 record.
