In Thursday's non-league match, the host Parkview Patriots basketball team scored a good 57-45 triumph over the Alma Airedales.
In their next game, the Patriots face the Benton Panthers (Benton, AR) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 2. Parkview will attempt to move on its 18-16 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 26-4 record after their 72-66 non-league win over Maumelle (Maumelle, AR).
With the defeat, Alma moves to 18-10 on the year.
