Minnesota High School Basketball - Badger/Greenbush-Middle River topped by Blackduck

The Blackduck Drakes basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Gators to 56 in the Drakes league victory on Thursday.
The Drakes now sport a 5-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kelliher/Northome for a A Section 8 contest on Monday, March 4. Blackduck will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 115-89 league loss to Red Lake (Red Lake, MN). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-17.
The Gators (2-30) will now prepare for their contest against Kittson Central (Hallock, MN). The Bearcats come into the non-league contest with a 11-15 record. In their last contest, Kittson Central prevailed over Crookston (Crookston, MN), 88-64, in a non-league contest.
