In Thursday's non-league match, the host Paul VI Eagles basketball team scored a good 61-52 triumph over the Christian Brothers Academy Colts.
In their next game, the Eagles meet the Union Catholic Vikings (Scotch Plains, NJ) in a non-league match, on Monday, March 4. Paul VI will attempt to better on its 23-9 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 20-6 record after their 77-55 non-league win over Rutgers Prep (Somerset, NJ).
