The Shishmaref Northern Lights (Shishmaref, AK) basketball nipped the host Tukurngailnguq Grizzlies (Stebbins, AK), 54-51 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Northern Lights (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Shaktoolik (Shaktoolik, AK). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Shaktoolik got by Buckland (Buckland, AK), 66-59, in a non-league test.
