The Warner Eagles topped the host Afton Eagles basketball team by a final score of 48-36 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Howe Lions (Howe, OK) in a Big Eight game, on Friday, March 1. Warner will attempt to move on its 19-6 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 24-5 record after their 67-37 non-league win over Wewoka (Wewoka, OK).
With the defeat, Afton moves to 22-4 on the year.
