University Red Devils (San Francisco, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Atwater Falcons (Atwater, CA), 45-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, University upgrades its record to 26-7 on the season. The Red Devils host Cornerstone Christian (Antioch, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 2. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 27-7. Cornerstone Christian won 66-39 in their recent non-league bout against Mills (Millbrae, CA)
