Wilcox RVT Wildcats (Meriden, CT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT), 63-58 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wilcox RVT upgrades its record to 18-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Windham (Willimantic, CT) to play the Whippets in a non-league bout on Monday, March 4. The Whippets come into the bout with a record of 20-4. Windham won 52-35 in their recent non-league bout against Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT)
