The Newcastle Bobcats basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Westbrook Wildcats to 37 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Thursday.

The Bobcats now sport a 34-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 2. Newcastle will battle a Patriots team coming off a 54-41 non-league win over Neches (Neches, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 37-2.
