North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Broughton drops to Topsail

In Thursday's non-league test, the host Topsail Pirates lacrosse squad scored a good 13-2 victory over the Broughton Capitals.
The Pirates now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Myers Park for a non-league test on Saturday, March 2. Topsail will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-8 non-league win over Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Capitals face the Apex Cougars (Apex, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 1. Broughton will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 17-2 non-league win over Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC).
