California High School Lacrosse - Canyon overwhelms University

The Canyon Comanches triumphed over the visiting University Trojans lacrosse team by a score of 12-1 in Thursday's non-league match.

With the win, Canyon upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Comanches host Esperanza (Anaheim, CA) to play the Aztecs in a Crestview match on Tuesday, March 5. The Aztecs go into the match with a record of 1-3. Esperanza lost 18-8 in their recent non-league match against Portola (Irvine, CA)

With the defeat, University drops to 1-4 on the season. The Trojans travel to Westridge (Pasadena, CA) to play the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, March 2. The Tigers go into the match with a record of 1-2. Westridge lost 16-7 in their recent non-league match against Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA)
