In Thursday's non-league game, the host Randleman Tigers baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Northwest Guilford Vikings.
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Blue Comets go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Asheboro tipped Wheatmore (Trinity, NC), 11-4, in a non-league game.
The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Grimsley (Greensboro, NC). The Whirlies go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record.
