Northpoint Christian Trojans (Southaven, MS) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Crosstown Explorers (Memphis, TN), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans face the Germantown Red Devils (Germantown, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 5. Northpoint Christian will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

The Explorers now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Freedom Prep Academy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 5.
