The Wildcats now sport a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eagle Pass for a non-league match on Thursday, February 29. Calallen will face a Eagles squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Southwest Legacy (Von Ormy, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, East Central falls to 13-3 on the campaign. The Hornets host Southwest (San Antonio, TX) to face the Dragons in a non-league match on Thursday, February 29. The Dragons enter the match with a record of 6-6. Southwest won 8-2 in their recent league match against Medina Valley (Castroville, TX)
