The Taft Greyhounds (Taft, TX) softball routed the visiting Falls City Beavers (Falls City, TX), 10-4 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Greyhounds (7-5) will now prepare for their bout against Port Aransas (Port Aransas, TX). The Marlins go into the non-league bout with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Port Aransas was routed by Palacios (Palacios, TX), 13-0, in a non-league bout.
