The Pine Tree Pirates softball team (Longview, TX), was tipped 1-0 in Thursday's non-league test with the host Ford Panthers (Quinlan, TX)
Coming up next, the Panthers encounter the Coppell Cowboys (Coppell, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 1. Ford will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Cowboys come into the test with a 8-3 record after their 24-0 non-league win over Onalaska (Onalaska, TX).
The Pirates (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Gainesville (Gainesville, TX). The Leopards come into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Gainesville was tipped by Turner (Carrollton, TX), 13-0, in a non-league test.
