California High School Softball - Silverado gets by Hesperia

The Silverado Hawks got by the visiting Hesperia Scorpions softball squad by a count of 12-11 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Hawks (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Colton (Colton, CA). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Colton nudged Bloomington (Bloomington, CA), 13-3, in a non-league battle.

The Scorpions now sport a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lancaster for a non-league battle on Friday, March 1. Hesperia will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 16-15 non-league win over Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
