The Lions now sport a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pinkston for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 29. Kaufman will face a Vikings squad coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Millsap (Millsap, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, South Hills falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Scorpions travel to Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX) to face the Yellowjackets in a 5A Region I District 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 2. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a record of 2-6. Arlington Heights lost 14-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Collinsville (Collinsville, TX)
