With the loss, Sam Houston falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Texans travel to West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) to face the Wranglers in a non-league match on Saturday, March 2. The Wranglers enter the match with a record of 4-7. West Mesquite lost 13-5 in their recent non-league match against Scurry-Rosser (Scurry, TX)
