In Thursday's non-league outing, the Earlham Cardinals (Earlham, IA) basketball squad felled the visiting Clarke Indians (Osceola, IA), by a margin of 41-30.
The Cardinals (11-5) will now prepare for their outing against Ogden (Ogden, IA). The Bulldogs go into the West Central outing with a 2-16 record. In their last outing, Ogden thwarted Madrid (Madrid, IA), 39-37, in a league outing.
The Indians now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Central Decatur for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 8. Clarke will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 54-45 league loss to Martensdale-St. Mary's (Martensdale, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-6.
